My first match watching the mighty Boro was in 1986, on a cold Saturday in January. I can't say I was particularly hooked by the experience - probably not helped by a 3-1 defeat. It wasn't until 1990 when I returned to Ayresome Park that I caught the bug - I've been a season ticket holder since 1991.
I hope to be publishing a yearly review from each of my 36 - and counting - seasons as a Boro supporter, showcasing ticket stubs, programmes, playing squads, merchandise and of course the kits. It might take a while so bear with me! In the meantime, I'm active on X - @myborolife- and the new WSocial shortly.
